We know that Teachers like to share materials and resource with their students which is why we helped make Shared Folders accessible for both Class Owner and Co-Teachers of a Class/Group. Shared Folders allows collaboration between both the Class Owner and any Co-Teachers, permitting them to add resources to any Shared Class/Group Folder.
To add resources to a Class/Group Shared Folder:
- Navigate to the Class/Group
- Choose Folders
- Navigate to the Shared Folder to which you want to contribute
- Select the blue New button from the upper right corner to add a resource to that folder
Note: Only the creator of the Shared Folder has the ability to delete the folder entirely. Contributors of the Shared Folder can only remove the files they have added.
