Class/Group-Owners or Co-Teachers can view a Class/Group's member list, which includes students' connected parents, display names, user access, and usernames. Class-Owners and Co-Teachers can also change a student's posting permissions, view progress, add another parent, view Parent Codes, remove a student's profile picture, change their password, and remove them from the Class/Group.
To manage a student's account settings, simply do the following:
- Navigate to your Class/Group
- Select the Members tab on the left panel
- All student usernames are listed right below their display name. For more account options and settings, click More
to the right of their name.
Note: If you want to change the posting permissions of a student, "Student Contributor" status allows the student to post. The "Read-Only" status prohibits students from posting. Learn more about moderating class posts and other options for student posting permissions.
