Manage Student Account Settings (Teacher)

Class/Group-Owners or Co-Teachers can view a Class/Group's member list, which includes students' connected parents, display names, user access, and usernames. Class-Owners and Co-Teachers can also change a student's posting permissions, view progress, add another parent, view Parent Codes, remove a student's profile picture, change their password, and remove them from the Class/Group. 

To manage a student's account settings, simply do the following:

  1. Navigate to your Class/Group
  2. Select the Members tab on the left panel
  3. All student usernames are listed right below their display name. For more account options and settings, click the More Icon ellipsis.pngto the right of their name.

Note: If you want to change the posting permissions of a student, "Student Contributor" status allows the student to post.  The "Read-Only" status prohibits students from posting. Learn more about moderating class posts and other options for student posting permissions
