I Get an "Invalid Code" Message

Teachers:

If you are attempting to log into your school or district network, please make sure you have the correct School Code. A Group Code will NOT work here. Please contact your school admin for your School Code.

Students:

Please contact your teacher for the new Group Code.

Parents:

You may be using the Group code and not the parent code. Please copy and paste the Parent Code listed at the bottom of the left side panel on your child’s account. You can also ask your child’s teacher for your Parent Code. Each child has a different Parent Code. 

Note: On occasion, a lowercase “L” will look like a “1”. Please verify with the Group owner!
