Hung up on a post? Our recommendations below will get you into gear.

Teachers:

  • Contact the Group owner to see if your member status is set to "read-only.”
  • Make sure that you are entering the correct Group/connection name in the “Send to…” portion of the post.

Students:

  • Contact your teacher as your Group status may be set to “read-only.”

Parents:

  • Parent Accounts do not have a messaging feature at this time.
