Edmodo Ambassadors Program: Code of Conduct
As an Ambassador, you represent Edmodo and are an active participant in providing the high level of support Edmodo users have come to expect and enjoy. To ensure quality support, we ask that all Ambassadors adhere to the following guidelines.
Be considerate. Our work will be used by other people, and we in turn will depend on the work of others.
Be respectful. Edmodo Support Community members treat one another and other Edmodo users with respect. We might all experience some frustration now and then, but we cannot allow that frustration to turn into a personal attack. It's important to remember that a community where people feel uncomfortable or threatened is not a productive one.
When we are unsure, we ask for help. Nobody knows everything, and nobody is expected to be perfect. Asking questions avoids many problems down the road, and so questions are encouraged. Those who are asked questions should be responsive and helpful.
Give insightful high quality support. We work with users to resolve their support issues. We answer questions thoughtfully or redirect them to the Edmodo Support staff.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in removal of the Ambassador Stamp from the profile page and dismissal from the ongoing Support Ambassador program.
