If you'd like to deactivate your parent account because it's no longer needed, please contact us, select "Wrong Account Type / Deactivating an account," and write "Delete Parent Account" in the subject line to request the deletion of your account. Please contact us from the email address associated with your parent account so we can verify your account.
Note: If your Student joins new Groups, you will automatically see them in your account. There's no action required by you. However, if your Student created a new student account, you can link your existing Parent account to your Student's new account. Learn how to Add a Student or Remove a Student.
