Access School Codes (Admins)

Teachers are required to enter a School Code when creating a new Teacher Account or logging into their account through the School or District Sign In Page for the first time. School and District Admins can find their School Codes listed in their Admin Center.

To find your School or District's School Codes as a District Administrator:

  1. Switch to the Admin Account from your Teacher Account 
  2. Click the "Management" tab and select "Schools" from the drop-down menu
  3. Scroll the School List or use the Search Bar to find a specific school
  4. Click on a School and the School Code will appear in the expanded menu below 
  5. Click the "Export" icon to download a .csv file of all School Codes in your District Network.

To find your School's School Code as a School Administrator:

  1. Switch to the Admin Account from your Teacher Account 
  2. Click the "Profile" icon on the right side of the top menu bar. 
  3. Choose the "Edit Profile."
  4.  Your School Code will appear in the School Profile menu within your School information.

The first time a Teacher logs in to Edmodo through your School or District Sign In Page, they will be prompted to supply the School Code. Students do not need the School Code to use Edmodo. Students should never be given a School Code!
