Pending Teachers are Teachers on Edmodo that have not supplied the School Code to become a Verified School or District Network Member. School and District Administrators may Approve or Reject Teachers using the Pending Teachers Queue, or they can choose to send Emails to all Pending Teachers in the Queue, instructing them how to locate their School Code.
To Send Email Instructions to all Pending Teachers:
- Switch to the Admin Account from your Teacher Account
- Click the "Management" tab and select "Members" from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the "Pending Teachers" tab below "Member Management" in the middle section.
- Click the "Email Teachers Instructions" button from the middle-top section
A Preview of the System-Generated Email will Display. This Email uses the Message set in the School or District Account's School Code Contact Message. When ready to Send, click the "Send Mail" button .
